Peter Walls

A victim in the psychological horror game, Silent Hill 4: The Room. Peter is the skater victim, wearing a sweater and a beanie, he is known as Victim 12. Peter was known as a drug addict, spending most of his time smoking weed he buys from a cultist. He is also known for his rantings about god. One day, his friends said that Peter was very high and claimed to see god. Peter followed "god" to the hotel rooftops and disappeared. He was found a week later murdered in one of the hotel rooms. Peter was the first victim of The Sullivan Case Round 2.

A guy who is awfully annoying and passive aggressive. He thinks he is a know-it-all but he actually just sucks. He is hard to deal with and is better off alone.
