A sub genre of grind core often sonically similar to pornogrind and goregrind; characterized by the "oompa oompa" sound created by chugging palm muted power chords and kick-snare-kick-snare drum beats

Hawaiian slang for food, eats, snacks, or a meal.

Ono grinds is really delicious food.

Might have started as ground beef such as hamburgers, as in Loco Moko, or perhaps luau or bbq’s.
