Half baked

Something that is not good enough to be categorized as the real deal.

A half baked meal is barely edible. A half baked friend leaves a lot to be desired from the friendship. Half baked person is incompetent and is barely good enough to serve a meanful purpose.

chicken-in-the-basket

A prostitute placed in a basket with a large hole in the bottom. The basket with a girl properly aligned would be lowered over the client's member and spun. The basket would be raised and lowered slightly over the erect penis of the client while it was spinnning to increase pleasure.

In Viet Nam war, "chicken-in-the-basket" was the favorite take-out of GIs but nowadays it's used by sumo wrestlers to prevent damage to their women (baskets have been replaced with nylon harnesses).
