A "disease" one catches from their boyfriend/girlfriend after kissing. This is actually caused by eating salty or fatty foods that make the tongue raw and skin oily, causing bumps inside and around the mouth.

A cleaned up version of calling somebody a "Jerk-off" - a subversive way to call someone a chronic masterbater. A very popular term in Utah. Can both be coined as an insult or term of endearment. Used in a sentence: (insult) "You are such a dinksmack!" (Affection) "You will always be a dinksmack in my book"
