pedaphile

Any individual who is interested in establishing a mutual sexual relationship with a person who is of a physically younger age.

The World Health Organization defines adolescence as the period of life between 10 and 20 years of age. With this said any one who sexually interacts with some one else in this age range is in the "instinctual norm", if you well. Therefore the deviation into pedaphile begins when the 10’s & 20’s and the 30’s & 40’s engage in sexual activities. As you can see it is virtually impossible for anyone with a logical frame of mind to be apposed to the act of this definition!

paedophile

'Paedophiles' - A word of moral panic. Take a second to ask yourself this... Do you want fewer children harmed, or do you want revenge? It must be one or the other, as each have opposite effects. If you understood a little about the prevention of crime, in this case the prevention of sexual child abuse, you would understand that our society's desire for revenge is making the world more unsafe for children.

Sustaining a society in which Peadophiles and child sex offenders are threatened and demonised, will just put them in a state of paranoia. This will drive them underground through fear, isolation and depression. Which in its self, would dramatically restrict their ability of self-control, and so more children will be harmed.

I suggest we put our moral repulsion aside, and actually protect children. This can only be done by encouraging Paedophiles and Child Sex Offenders to seek support.

Paedophile = My focus is in the protection of children. What is yours?
