An Anagram of the word bollocks.The word was first derived from a english student in english literature. Also the name of a punishment for a homeless person asking for spare change. The result of the punishment is the homeless person being beaten with a rolled up newspaper and throwing some KFC salt in their eyes.

In the term of anger:

or in the term of the punishment:

"I'm gonna release some sloblock on your arse, you filthy aids ridden hobo!"

commonly used in conjunction with "slobbernocle" this word ads a twist to the already insulting word by adding "ella" to imply that if the target s a male that he is feminine or a little bitch. this word can also be used to better describe a female who acts like a slobbernocle.

"dave you are a slobbernocle and i did your mom last night and did i menton that she is a slobberella? for pretend."(dont worry ill still pay for her surgery)
