Is used when one wishes to express the feeling that there is no point in moping around anymore and that it is time to move on,but it still conveys the message that recipient's pain is understood.

1. A variant of the all-too-popular expletive "Bitch". Typically screamed in highly frustrating and tedious situations.

2. An individual who is so pissy that bitch doesn't describe him/her correctly. The name "three times bitch" is necessary.

Origin: Triple Bitch

It's fabled to cause time itself to stop should it happen. You will know when somebody is about to release a Timestopper Shit.
