Term used to describe a particular language in which the speaker knows not of what he speaks. The act of spewing verbal shit out of your mouth or anus.

DJ: "I really feel like eating subway for dinner, the sandwiches there are so filling and delicious"

Fred: "DJ you are speaking fluent sphinctish right now, subway is awful."

Sphincter Scale

Some people are very {uptight}. They are tense, anxious and often very controlling or argumentative. What's important is their effect on other people. People's blood pressure goes up. Conflicts arise. Uptight people high on the sphincter scale cause are so tight in their rear-ends, that they cause tremors wherever they go.

A immigrant truck driver from India or Pakistan who, whilst sitting spun out on a hill on the highway, and blocking several vehicles, asked about tire chains, responds “I cannot do”

(On LADD 1)
Truck Driver 1: “Why is there so much traffic on the hill today?”
Truck Driver 2: “There is a sphindoo blocking the road”
Truck Driver 1 “why the fuck doesn’t he have his chains on?”
The Sphindoo in question: “I cannot do”
