spew out

A common exclamation used in interweb land (and recently transferred to the "real" world) to describe the act of "Spewing out" at a particularly pathetic or distasteful comment - usually relating to uncalled for professions of love or friendship.

Often associated with the word cunt and the word fuckin (or fucking).

Mrs K: "I love my Solly wolly and we are so happy and he has such a large winky and we will be together forever mwah mwah mwah *hugz*!!!"

Spacey: "Jesus hell! Get a room you fuckin' spew out cunts!"

Waking up after a large night on the turps only to get out of bed and put your foot in the pile of vomit you don't remember departing your body the night before.

Potentially worse when it departed someone else's body.
