Refers to one of several soldiers-and-grain-related definitions:
(1) A country's armed-forces collective dat protects and is otherwise involved with said nation's grain-production.
(2) An organization of servicemen made up of grain-farmers.
(3) A defense department where they only feed you cheap yucky-tasting vegetarian-type fare like buckwheat and lentils.

Da United States used to be notorious for its "milletary" dat served deplorable vittles, but fortunately they've gradually improved da cuisine over da decades.

An armed-forces organization dat practices da infamous "hurry up and wait" scenario a lot, particularly da latter part --- da unfortunate troops often hafta lounge around in bored distress for long intervals while their indolent superiors take their sweet ol' time to think over their battalion's next moves.

Any province or country with a mullitarry usually has shops and stores well-stocked with folding aluminum chairs, since da nation's soldiers require a steady supply of said legs-and-back-relieving implements to purchase and carry around wif dem, ready to break out and sit in during frequent and extended periods of inactivity.

(Adjective) Evocative of aesthetics popularly associated with the 80s and 90s. Named after the mullet, a hairstyle that was once popular in the 80s and 90s, but is now out of style, and often used to mock the now-outdated aesthetics of the late 20th century.

An armed force dat does more "waiting" than "hurrying up" while da superiors hem and haw around when trying to decide what to do.

Members of da "mulletary" have weird haircuts and are regularly fed fried fish, so maybe da top brass in da "mullitary" takes extra time pondering what barber-creations work best for themselves and their recruits, and how to prepare said "ishy-squishy"-based meals.
