Combination of Quisling and Millennial. A self-hating Millennial who goes out of their way to bash their own generation, often in a misguided attempt at winning the approval of older generations who loathe them, or show that they're "not like all the others".
Joe's such a Quislennial, acting so smug and superior just because he toadies up to those fucking Boomers.

(Adjective) Evocative of aesthetics popularly associated with the 80s and 90s. Named after the mullet, a hairstyle that was once popular in the 80s and 90s, but is now out of style, and often used to mock the now-outdated aesthetics of the late 20th century.
