One who possesses all the regular characteristics of a loser, yet somehow manages to have a large amount of friends. A rarity among humans, but a precious gem nonetheless.

Facebook Loser

A person that acts incredibly sad on social networking sites, like Twitter, MySpace and especially Facebook.com, constantly posting pointless statuses that only they like asking people to hangout with them, what people think of them and if someone likes their status they will tell them something. Acting like they have an extremely popular social life often talking about going to the Gym, Drawing, Working or other irrelevant activities that don't require other individuals.

"Hey Jared, wtf is with this dude/chicks statuses?" Jared: "Oh there a facebook loser don't worry"

loser's bracket

1. the sub-grouping within a competitive tournament whereby those who suffer their first loss are demoted to a pool of similar types who have suffered a like fate; one more defeat in this category renders the unfortunate complete elimination from the field.
2. a common perception that certain individuals are moving through their respective lives already having suffered some type of major defeat (or many smaller ones), thereby rendering them to a decidedly less than ideal existence.

Look at Joe : he attended all the wrong schools thereby acquiring all the wrong type of friends; this precipitated choosing the wrong type of occupation and marrying the wrong type of girl. Now he's in the wrong type of neighborhood with the wrong type of kids. Joe could be said to be existing in the loser's bracket of life.

A redundant, pointless achievement or milestone. Primarily a first of something. Made popular by the TV series The Biggest Loser in which every possible event is glorified with it's apparent historical potential.

Bill: Dude you've been playing 360 all day.
Ted: Indeed. FYI. It's the first time anyone on campus has played it for 12 hours straight without going to the bathroom once while wearing red socks.
