A metaphor for the weight one inevitably gains when one migrates to London for an extended stay. It is attributable to the face-paced lifestyle that leads one to eating mostly take-away and fast foods.

An updated version of "Drank the Kool-Aid" specific to supporters of Donald J. Trump who so blindly follow them that they even defend and try to explain away his suggestion during a nationally televised news conference that "bringing light inside the body" and "injecting disinfectants" could be a possible cure for Covid-19.
"My crazy Aunt is such a Trump supporter, that she is trying to say Trump was really referring to cutting edge treatments not publicly known about yet. Even though Trump now says h is comments were sarcastic."
