Contraction of fitness and Hitler.
A friend, gym teacher, or personal trainer who is obsessed with working out and tries to get you to go along with their fitness regime.

Today in gym the fitler tried to get me to run a mile.

Status Filler

term used to describe the status update of one who is not witty enough to come up with an original thought, but instead fills in a song lyric or famous quote. "Status Fillers" are used by, but not limited to: bored college student, drunk sorority girl, Glenn Beck (all of Fox News actually), guidos, and all religions (they are most likely to quote something out of a fairy tale book)

filler friend

An acquaintance that you invite to important functions such as weddings and baby showers, but wouldn't normally hang out with otherwise. Like a carnation is a filler flower in a bouquet, the filler friend gives out the illusion that you have more friends than you actually do.

Since my fiance invited all of his hockey team to our wedding, I sent out an invitation to all of my filler friends so that I won't look like a loser with no friends at my wedding.

Space Filler

Space Filler - a person who fills the empty space in your life. When someone doesn't want to be alone, but doesn't want a relationship, doesn't know many people in a new city or place, situation or group. Can be same sex or opposite sex. If opposite sex, the Space Filler can sometimes become a sex partner as well. Someone you hang out with, spend time with that you enjoy, but may not have a lot in common with or is someone you wouldn't seek out as friend or partner under normal circumstances. Someone of the opposite sex you ‘use’ to keep you from thinking about the person you really want to be with, but can’t for numerous reasons. A Space Filler eases the pain and loss of not being able to be with the person you want. Men more often than women use Space Fillers after a recent divorce or break up. They are also someone you would never want a real relationship with, hence they are filling the empty space until someone better comes along.

I thought Jacob didn't want to be in a relationship? He doesn't, he is using Emily as a Space Filler. He just hangs out with her because she isn't relationship material, so no strings attached.

Sam's new boyfriend is cute! Oh, that's not her boyfriend, Max is her Space Filler, until she can get Todd to take her back.

Seat Filler

A regular person used to fill up space (usually) in award shows so it looks like it's packed full with people. Whenever somebody gets up to accept an award, a 'seat filler' is ordered to sit in that seat. They're may also be used to seperate celebrities from others, as award shows have a very strict seating chart to avoid any problems.

Guy: Alright, Maroon 5 is getting up to accept their 'award', you guys will take their seats.
