n. a sexual act that occurs during a womans menstrual period and when completed loosely resembles a cheap version of eggplant parmigiana, after having sex with a menstruating woman (the blood represents tomato sauce), the male then defecates onto her bloody vagina (the "eggplant") followed by the male ejaculating on top of the fecal matter ("parmesan cheese"). If more tomato sauce is required to complete the effect, the woman can be punched in the nose.
