Bootlicker

A word that useless criminals use to describe law abiding citizens. More commonly used by either felons or the ghetto black community. People who don't understand that the cops have never killed an innocent person and every one that has ever been killed by cops have been justified. You will see useless , jobless , black males use this word alot.

"They shot my brother just because he robbed someone and this bootlicker thinks it's OK" said every useless black person.

A bootylicker is a term used when a women licks a mans hairy, dirty forest behind the but hole. Depending on the color, they could be named quite differently. For exemple: a man with red hair is called yummy little barbecue flackes.
