wopero comes from the technotronic song "pump up the jam" , back when it was pumpin' in caracas venezuela the middle class and upper middle class use to dance to it, the lower classes and the people from the ghetto would hear them passing by with their loud stereos and would say: "check it out, another wopero"
so you could say that a wopero is someone who dances to comercial house or techno music.

When World of Warcraft players (aka: nerds, geeks, wowheads, etc.) vanish from school and social circles after a new expansion of WoW is released, as if they are hibernating.

Ken: Hey man, where the heck is Danny? I haven't seen him since last week.

Michael: Dude... Cataclysm just got released, he's totally wowbernating.
