serial tweeter

Somebody who posts too many Tweets on Twitter. They post about everything that happens in their life. Your Twitter dashboard is consumed by Tweets from this ONE PERSON.

Google and Tweeter

A person who goes on google looking for quotes to tweet on their twitter and pass off as their own thoughts.

Chad: Dude I unfollowed Rick on twitter, and you should do the same.
Tom: Why? What's wrong with him?
Chad: All he does is tweet quotes from google and pretend he made them up like me and his other 30 followers are stupid.
Tom: Ugh, he's such a Google and Tweeter.
Chad: Right, google and tweeters have no room on my timeline.

Chain Tweeter

Someone who is addicted to twittering and cannot stop. They update they're staus at least 10 times an hour if not more.

Bob: Look at all of Lily813's tweets, she has so many and she's only been on Twitter a month

Obsessive Tweeter Disorder(OTD)

OTD is a condition in which people have several thoughts, feelings, ideas, or sensations (obsessions) kind of like those with OCD, and feel the need to tweet them. Persons with OTD religiously scroll down their twitter feed "favorite-ing"almost everything they see. They also tend to re-tweet and reply to almost everything on their feed, regardless of how much it relates to them. These people celebrate things such as their thousandth tweet or hundredth follower, and feel that those numbers equate to how great of a virtual presence they are on the 'internets'. These persons will use hash tags in their real-life conversations, log on/off Twitter several times throughout the day, and tweet about things that seem arbitrary and totally pointless to followers, but in their eyes significant and necessary.

Warning: When you follow a person with OTD their tweets make up 99.9% of your feed.

Note: You can still be awesome if you have OTD. It is not fatal. Your awesomeness shall live on.

"She's been on twitter for only five days and she's tweeted 6,777 times. I think she has Obsessive Tweeter Disorder(OTD)."

Ghost Tweeter

1.The act of helping a friend fine tune their twitter updates. Either to make them funnier or more concise.

2. Knowingly coming up with tweets for a friend or colleague.

3. Tweeting for a company or entity under the guise of being them.

4. Tweeting as a celebrity without their knowledge.

"Wow, Jane's last tweet was hilarious. she must have a funny ghost tweeter."

or

"That's not really Ashton Kutcher on twitter. That is a ghost tweeter."
