A slang term for British soldiers. Mostly used by the Irish and to a lesser degree by the WWI era Germans who were in turn known as krauts.
It is hard to say who hated the Tommy soldier more, the Irish or the German. But according to Collins they were not worth the price of a bullet.

Althoug found in many places around the world, what makes them rare is their wierd personality, seems like a true gentleman at the start, but once you get to know one you learn that they are super fucked(and so are you)! They originate from seagulls, and therefore make a lot of noise, eat shitloads and LOVE trash. If you find a astat rare Tommy (one that stutters that is). You have only two choices.. if you are in the early stages of getting to know each other, then run fast af! If not you will have to shoot yourselfe to get away from the situation, and not get as deeply fucked as the Tommy (T^9) in front of you. BE AWARE!! These Tommys are extremely charismatic, handsome, strong and charming! They seem so innocent, and will easily lure you in!
