Get the stoop stoop mug.A teenager or young adult that loiters on someone else's stoop, or in any convenient public place, drinking 40's and smoking cigarettes, etc. A "stoop kid" is similar to a "street punk" though they don't necessarily subscribe to punk subculture. It is also similar to "stoop monkey" though it is not racially specific, nor does it have pejorative undertones.
