The feeling when you are utterly out of your mind, the furthest point of intoxication yet still remaining conscious. Can also be used as a noun. A person who slizzes is a slizz.

To be intoxicated but to not to the point of being "Slizzard". To be Slizz'd is to have two maybe, three drinks and still have the ability to drive yourself home that night.

Guy #1: "Yo ET-Sweezy are ya okay to drive home tonight?"

Guy #2: "Yea J-bear is only got Slizz'd, i ain't got no prob drivin' 2-NIGHT!"
