When a pillow, stuffed animal, comforter or anything else is especially plush and fluffy.

My sister, Tam and I coined this word when we were teens. "Oh, my goodness, these slippers are SO warm and pluffy!"

The external vaginal lips. Different level's of 'puffiness' are determined by the size and shape of the lips. Puffy is often reffered to if seen through particularly tight articles of clothing (Spandex)...do not confuse with Camel Toe

Puffy Cooch Syndrome

1. A condition affecting larger human females in which the female attempts to cover her desposit of fat located above the crotch and just below the belly (See gunt). The result is a "puffiness" of the vaginal area, creating a very awkward look for the female. Also referred to as P.C.S.
