With exercises ranging from cord progression to speed intervals, one will be left exasperated. When you get one answer correct you get one point, but when you answer one of the questions incorrectly you lose everything... including your self esteem. Those who passed an exercise either cheated off a friend or had weeties for breakfast. Those who pass the entire course are complete losers and deserve to be shunned from society.
