Like calling a black person the N word, Paki is an xpicit way to call a Pakistani. Only Paki's are allowed to call others Paki's.

A dark-skinned person from Pakistan, India, or other parts of Southeast Asia. It is really odd that this word is considered derogatory, since "paki" means "pure" in the local language (Urdu).

There's even more to the story of the name of the country. It was invented by a political writer in 1934, using letters from five districts of what was then all part of British India. The "P" came from Punjab, the "A" from Afghania, the "K" from Kashmir, the "S" from Sindh, and the "tan" from Baluchistan. So a "paki" is not what most people think.

Paki 

The word paki is a derogatory term. The same way black people were called the n word many years ago. People of south Asian decent were called the p word (paki)
Although some people today don’t want to accept that their ancestors may have been the one who put other people’s ancestors in pain and misery. And therefore feel like using the term paki is ok although it definitely is not. And the use of it by non South Asians has sent people to court in the past in the UK. The word isn’t looked as a bad word because it refers to Pakistanis it’s referred to bad as it is racist and anyone who says it could be looked at as a racist.

Can not be said by anyone who is not of south Asian decent.
