Pokey 

A pokey is a utensil key in the process of building a zoot (spliff). The pokey plays a role in poking down the excess weed towards the end of the zoot, the exciting thing about a pokey is it’s variation, for example one could use the sealed end from the string on your tracksuit top to poke with.
