Uproar from the newer resident of smaller, typically rural town close to urban centre when new development is proposed. Wants that development banned.
NTIIFY Is never one of the original 400 residents of the village before development increased the population to 4 000.

NTIIfY Fails to grasp the towering irony in complaining how their small, idyllic country town and quiet way of life is being threatened by proposal to increase the population from 4 000 to 20 000, with all its attendant woes.

Generally, NTIFFY wants restrictions on the ownership/use/possession of something they have

recently acquired, and is quite boorish in demanding that.
