O'marathon

A long run comprising of 18 miles or more done purely for the sake of enjoying the scenery and environment of where the participant is running. Popular amongst high school and college runners in the Western Pennsylvania distance running community, it was created by the great American Distance Runner Timothy O'Mara.

"Hey did you run an O'Marathon Today?"
"I'm going to run an O'marathon across a glacier, it looks very scenic."

Mancation

When a woman takes a break from men for awhile. It usually occurs after a period of back to back relationships or after a flurry of cringe worthy first dates. During her mancation, she doesn't date, go online or think about a relationship with a man. She purposefully takes herself off the market and out of the dating game. This period usually involves an increase in self-care, hanging with girlfriends, shopping, taking stock of her life and developing her career or new creative pursuits. Success frequently follows a mancation.

Did you notice that Kim Kardashian has taken a total mancation? She's all about her business right now. Good for her.

someone who wears thongs for extended periods of time, for example, up to 24 hours or wears thongs for several weeks or more at a time.

Becky's gynecologist told her to lay off the marathonging because she's getting excessive yeast infections.

Kissing Marathon

Where a couple give eachother continuous small kisses on the lips. Often used when the couple are trying to say goodbye and it lasts a long time.

Girl: "It's so painful to say goodbye to my boyfriend! We had a kissing marathon till like 4 am on my front porch."

Girl's Friend: "Ew. Shut up before I smack you."

marathon sex

Sex that lasts over an hour, with continued intent; if only an hour and a half or so, partners may only be distracted during sex. During 'marathon sex,' as opposed to marathons, small breaks are sometimes taken, akin to stretches during exercise, which is part of what the 'marathon' is... exercise, for both partners, in every case, though! For it to last so long, mutual exercising, and most especially pleasure, throughout the entire event, are both prime requisites.

When we're going to have more than a few hours alone, it's always nice to make sure a good bit of marathon sex is part of that time.

Marathon

A footrace of 42.195 kilometres, which is usually held on roads. It's featured at the Olympics and the World Track and Field Championships. The race was borne out of the death of Greek army messenger Pheidippides, who ran from village of Marathon to Athens to inform the Athenians of the Greek's victory over the Persian army. Pheidippides died upon delivering the message.
