Improper Benefits Bowl

College football game played on Sep. 17, 2011 between THE Ohio State Buckeyes and the Miami Hurricanes (also a rematch of the 2002 National Championship game). Noteworthy because both programs are currently under serious NCAA investigation for receiving several "improper benefits" such as cash and discount tattoos in exchange for team memorabilia (OSU), and yacht cruises and sex parties (UM), all widely covered in the mainstream media.

ESPN presents "The Improper Benefits Bowl" sponsored by Fine Line Ink Tattoos and the South Beach Yacht Club.

Improv funny means a person not actually being able to tell jokes but still is amusing to people who the said person is in conversation with , i.e. make the conversation funny through his or her talking skills but is never deemed funny by a whole audience .

That English guy wants to be a comedian , but I don't think he's even improv funny

A made up phrase used to justify the fact that you fucked up and now need to fix it.

The Boss screams, "DAVE! How did you manage to delete the entire database?"
"Not my fault man, the system let me do it. Someone should fix that."
Boss replies, "You created it."
Dave answers, "Continuous Improvement, we will add it to our projects list and get to it next year sometime."
