A bruise that is located at the back part of the foot below the ankle. An injuring mostly occurring to skateboarders that jumping off high platforms and landing on their feet without their skateboard.

I heard got major heel bruise from trying that gap yesterday.

Heel Sauce 

An unconventional "saucer" pass in hockey that was developed by an unknown trail blazer, "Satoshi Leckamato" in a small suburb of Vancouver, Canada. Although Leckamato describes the Heel Sauce as "beautiful", others have criticized the technique for its lack of control and slow release time. The Heel Sauce has yet to gain acceptance in the hockey community and is banned in Japan.

Dylan really wanted a pass on the tape, but instead struggled to receive an uncontrollable Heel Sauce that nearly killed him.

an obscure professional wrestling term coined for the hairstyles worn by WWE executive Stephanie McMahon following her 1999 heel turn and alliance with her then-storyline husband, Triple H. Shortly after said turn Stephanie, who previously had worn her hair straight on television, began sporting curly hair and kept the look for the next year and change. Term applied sparingly since.

In order to get extra heat tonight Stephanie decided to revert to her heel hair.
