A word of Australian origin, describing an individual (typically a male, caucasian) who is insecure of their sexual performance. They will remind their friends of how much they bench and/ or squat, in compensation of their tic-tac shlong and/ or colitis infection. In most cases, this word is used in the context of vulgar and derogatory language.
