a term for a revolting, vile, absolutely awful person who continuously hits on people. some characteristics can include disgusting, selfish, ugly, dumb, and basic.

Giddle - messing around/being annoying/being lazy/being stupid

If you were to giddle you would be messing around. Eg "Neil, stop giddling around and do some work."

If you want to tell someone they are being annoying you could tell them to stop being a giddle.

verb- when you use too much saliva rolling a joint, and the glue does not burn at the same rate as the paper, effectively providing an ashtray underneath the doobie for the ensuing ash.
