basking for it

Basking for it is when a celeb or wannabe does something that they know will "backfire." The backfire is a feature, not a bug because of the resulting media frenzy. For example, a conservative who has recently said/done something hyperbolically racist tries to speak at Berkeley.

"Ann Coulter 's speech at UC Berkeley was canceled. She's laughing all the way to the bank. You know she was totally basking for it."

To love something entirely. To love something as though it where a falic object and you were to take it so far down you would gag. Can be used with sarcastic undertones actually meaning that you totally despise something or someone.

SCENARIO 1
Person 1: Wow, Bay St Pizza is SO good.
Person 2: yeah, you gag-for-it

Person 1: Dude....this movie sucks
Person 2: Cmon man, you gag-for-it

Sick-for-it-itis

This is used to describe people who exclusively use Sitka branded gear, and think they are better than everyone else because of it. Sitka's motto, "sick for it" is a common hashtag people use on social media when posting about Sitka gear, hence the disease "Sick-for-it-itis" . People that suffer from this disease are usually cocky, and look down upon others because they spend thousands of dollars on mediocre, at best, gear.

"We knew Bobby had a strong case of Sick-for-it-itis when his entire instagram account consisted solely of Sitka gear pictures and #sickforit hashtags."
