"What does that mean?" Normally used when a picture is posted and the writing on the picture is illegible

The first use was on Craigslist in 2005 when a poster displayed and image from a Thrones record in which the word "Thrones" due to intense caligraphy looked like the word "earoneg." The example can be seen here: forums.craigslist.org/?ID=35080826

Ever since then, when a picture is posted and needs more explanation, "earoneg" is posted and the explanation comes shortly after

It is a very large oversized donkey with extremely short legs usually within the range of 6-8 inches with no knee bones (directly from sholder to hoof straight leg)

A mythical beast that sometimes comes in a variant form of flaming fast sometimes running faster than the speed of light. This would be the flaming fast ElDonko.
