The diabetes you have when you don't have diabetes, but have such a sweet tooth always eating and drinking sweet stuff you should have diabetes, even though the blood tests say you don't.

Huge, floppy, fat titties, usually accompanied by skinny legs and ass. This body can only be attained through years of cigarette smoking, convenience store eating and Medicade. Preference of drink usually includes a fruity boxed wine. Meals consist of any encased meat on a bleached flour bun or a cream based casserole. Sketchers footwear preferred.
