constant chimer

A person who constantly "chimes in" during a time when he or she has no business being in the conversation. This typically occurs when a person feels that they are being left out of the topic in discussion. In fear that the conversation will lead to other topics that they know absolutely nothing about, this person will say something everybody already knows to try and make oneself seem relevant to the conversation.

Kyle: "Yo man, I'm gettin' sick of these bitch-ass penalties being called every sunday."

Jason: "No kidding. On the reals, Goodell should be fir-"

Tim (Not only is he pulling an inappropriate chime, but hes cutting off the other person): "They are ruining the game!"

Jason: "No shit you dumbass. Why do you think we are talking about this in the first place? So put those two cents back in your pocket and shut the fuck up!"

Kyle: "Yeah man, you don't even watch football..Goddamn constant chimer."

A Special Constable is a volunteer member of the public who when on duty wears a police uniform and has full police powers of arrest, etc. In 2003 there were approximately 11,000 "Specials" serving with police forces in England and Wales.

Answer: a=b=0 because you have no idea what belongs in there so you use Roth's natural constant for a.

Constance

Constance is a stunning beautiful person , inside and out . She looks after her friends and will always be there for them . Shes very smart and clumsy and can be bored easily . Everyone loves her and the guys can't have her . She is pale and is asian , and you would be soo dead if you didn't have Constance as a friend . She is gorgeous in every single way and is a big ol' nerd . The name is fantastic and I want it . Who ever doesn't know Constance or can't have her or don't have her name . Your a loserrr , cause shes not perfect but shes wonderful . But needs to learn how to say no , she is too nice sometimes (: . Ooh and she will marry a CodyZimmer sooner or laterr .
