It's some drunk guy telling you he's Captain Randy and that he is gunna show you one hell of a night. It's no shoes and no socks when it's below 60 degrees. It's frisbee golf after a nice pound of grass. Having BBQ in the front yard when its colder than a witches tit outside. It has nothing to do with the movie Juno. It is dank. It is a slurpee on a 4th of july.
