The owner of a campground, typically grumpy, who spends a large part of their day patrolling the lots and enforcing the rules of said area in a golf cart.

I built a great s'mores fire, but the cart nazi made me put it out because it wasn't in the fire pit.

A typically homeless person often found scurrying around at night, often with a shopping cart. They can be seen darting across the street at night, usually in dark clothing, and may hiss when spoken to. They have been reported to "play dead" behind dumpsters and gas stations during the day.
