baked

Someone who is both woke and based thereby understanding both sides of the aisle. Also used, historically, as a term for high utilization of cannabis or a type of cooking process i.e. the process in which said cannabis can be converted into a brownie.

I thought of this definition of baked using a portmanteau of ‘woke’ and ‘based’ while in my car today and it made me chuckle so I decided to put it on Urban Dictionary.
