When a team turns against their leader, who is right, to incur favor with someone higher in the command chain. This references "Order Sixty-Six" in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, when the emporer issues the order for the soldiers to turn against the Jedi.
Even though Vince had come up with a better proposal, the rest of the team Order 66ed him when the director disagreed. Now we're stuck using the directors plan.

Agent 66 

An agent similar to Agent 47 from the Hitman series of games and movie. He is the most unusual of the hitmen and carries syringes as his weapon of choice. He is obsessed with women's shoes. "66" is slang for weird, or is whispered loudly as something/someone weird passes by.
