It’s the feeling you experience when considering renting the clapped out 172 at tge airport that has no tire treads and 0 oil on the dipstick when you check it

When taking you used home built airplane out for the first flight after rebuild from hitting a deer, with only half of the cowling fasteners present and two bolts holding the interment panel in.

The thought of renting the old Cessna 172 at the airport to take a cross country to Florida is terriflying!
