high-speed lips

(n.) this term derives from the acronym DSL (aka. dick-sucking lips). The term came about as a play on the acronym which is also an acronym used commonly to refer to an available internet service; high-speed internet. Thus, the progression was to coin the phrase "high-speed lips" when referring to DSLs (dick-sucking lips).
(As a side note, DSLs are commonly denoted by their abnornal thickness)

- Man, that girl has gone some seriously high-speed lips.
- Yeah, she's got the high-speed lips.

Jai Speed

The act of looking at females ages 12 to 16 and making/ thinking of sexual comments when you are a male who is 18 years or older.

As you are driving, you see a female from behind that is walking. You don't know her age but she looks as though she has a nice body. As you drive by, you catch a better glimpse of her and realize that she is underage and looks to be in middle school or high school.
