Someone who blows his load early, a pre-mature ejaculator. Rarely a good thing, speed skeeters arent accepted in todays world often excluded and not wanted to performe sexual acts.

The Sleeper is a form of masturbation, when one sits on ones arm for a periode of time until the arm is numb. You then proceed to masturbate.
