pre-lead: a homeowner who has been qualified for a solar power system by a third party but has not yet shown a direct interest in purchasing solar although they have the potential to do so (determined by the third party)

A shortcut for referring to the time pre-covid19 pandemic. Probably offensive, because it kind of makes a sort of happy sounding phrase when millions died, the economy crashed, etc. Use cautiously.
The last time I drank a beer in a bar was around a month pre-panda.
