He is often held in high respect (and disrespect) by his close peers. Smut Kings often partake in very disgusting and deviant sexual acts, including but not limited to, the Dirty Sanchez, Cleveland Steamer, and the infamous Hot Carl. To be associated with a Smut King is both an honor and a tragedy, a blessing and a curse.
