when an article that was written as to be extremely insightful, groundbreaking, and mentions the word "killer app" in every other paragraph turns out to ultimately be 17 pages of shit.

Given how much paper weighs and how much 17 pages weighs, the equivalent amount of shit is pretty worthless hence, it's worth its weight in shit.

This 17 page article that used the word killer app fifteen times is worth its weight in shit.

worthful

adj. socialite/carefree/party girl/ditz slang for describing the act of being of some purpose to society or anything for that matter. Implicit by the grammatically erroneous nature of the word (since it's not a real word...yet) is the innocent, fun-loving naiveity that is often associate with a socialite. To be worthful means to be productive, to be person of substance, for however short a period of time.

Related words: non-worthful, adj. To be non-worthful is be unproductive.

Shit, time to be worthful in the library since spent the whole weekend drinking Cosmos by the pool...ehh..
