A cryptic term that is part of the closing credits of some random anime show. Apparantly, the Japanese think it makes sense. More generally, it is a potentially positive modifier that may be applied to a person.

When someone on meth tries doing elematary level math while conversing with you at a bar.

What's your name? Are you Irish? My dad is English and my mom is Irish, but I'm only one quarter English! This is a classic example of meth math.
