berry's law

The first person to compare someone to baby raping, head chopping Muslims loses the argument.
Bob just violated Berry's Law when he compared Catholics to a Muslim extremist.

Zeroeth Law

A Zeroeth Law is a law that is added to another set of laws at a later date.

It is usually so important that the other laws cannot function without it, yet so obvious that nobody thought it needed stating.
The Zeroeth Law of thermodynamics: If objects B and C are both in thermal equilibrium with object A, then they are in thermal equilibrium with each other.

Isaac Asimov's Zeroth Law of Robotics: A robot may not harm humanity, or through inaction allow humanity to come to harm.

Newton's Zeroeth Law of Motion: If objects A and B are moving relative to object C at velocities v1 and v2, then they are moving relative to each other at velocity v3 which is the difference between v1 and v2. (Note: This law is now known not to be true, especially near the speed of light. That's where Einstein comes in)

The Zeroeth Commandment: Thou Shalt believe all of this and never question what thou art told.

Brady's Law

Whenever there is a heated discussion or debate about the merits of the Catholic Church (usually on the internet), the probability of someone mentioning the Clergy Sex Abuse Scandal increases. Similar to Godwin's Law, Brady's Law is invoked when the discussion about the Catholic Church gets heated, and instead of someone having an actual argument, someone in the discussion (who is usually strongly against the Catholic Church) brings up the clergy sex abuse scandals in an effort to pain the Catholic in a negative light, without actually trying to really address his arguments. Named after Cardinal Brady from the Ireland Sex Abuse Scandals, Brady's Law is invoked usually when the discussion or debate about the Catholic Church becomes more and more heated, the probability of someone invoking the sex abuse scandals increases.
Catholic: I believe that that the Catholic Church has done a lot of good in the world. I believe the Catholic Church is the true Church started by Jesus Christ himself.

Anti-Catholic: Are you fucking kidding me? That's bullshit! The Catholic Church covers for kiddie fuckers and pedophiles! Just look at the clergy sex abuse scandals! There's no way that would make it the Church started by Jesus Christ!

Third party: Oh great! Brady's Law has been invoked. -_-

Shimo's Law

"Shimos Law": Is a gaming related term, usually defined by a player that is severely lacking in skill. And that is bad enough at a game, that their success in a match is entirely dependent upon at least one of two imperative traits. The first being (Luck) represented by having to be at the right place, at the right time, with the appropriate gear and-or weapons, to achieve a single kill, or to avoid a death. The second being (Carried) represented by one or more experienced, and skillfully superior players on the subjects team, not only pulling their own weight in a match, but overcompensating for the lack of skill, and just sheer ineptitude of the subject. Often the subject requires both traits to win a match, or to perform "acceptably". Any match where the subject is unable to receive at least one of these two traits, will always result in a (Loss).
Wow, that guy on our team is so bad. He must be adherent to Shimo's Law.

When you are not looking for something/someone you find it/them.
The boy knew that because of the lego law he would never find the girl he wanted if he was looking, so he stopped and she found him.
