An introductory phrase used before an argumentative point is made to make your point seem valid, even though it most likely is not. Commonly seen as an immediate red-flag to someone who has no idea what they are talking about, and an early sign that what they are about to say has absolutely zero evidence to back it up.
I know for a fact that Barack Obama is a muslim, hates America, and is purposely trying to ruin our economy.

you know what I mean...drink... 

A phrase uttered so often a drinking game has been born. There are a few variations: 1)person speaking the offending phrase points to one person who must drink; 2)speaker decides everyone drinks; 3) peron forced to hear "you know what I mean" makes the speaker drink; Or 4) hell everybody drink everytime and soon you may be much happier to hear the fucking phrase again.
speaker: then I got pulled over,you know what I mean...drink...
listener: I will gladly drink to drowned out your non-stop bullshit.
or
speaker: blah,blah,blah,you know what I mean...
tortured listener: drink... bitch.
speaker: oh,yeah, ok. but I need another beer, you know what I mean...drink...
and on, and on, and on

The expression ‘you know what’ is when one may say to another to get their attention, in a conversation. One may say this expression several times throughout one conversation to ensure they still have the attention of those participating in the conversation.

‘you know what’ also is when your stating to someone about something there not aware of , or when someone constantly pays them out they use the expression.

I don't even know 

A phrase used when one either: (1) Does not know what is going on, (2) does not know what just happened, (3) does not know the answer to a question, (4) or simply would like to break the silence.

Usually, when said phrase is used, it is followed by a near-endless spree of other quotes such as:

1.) Psh, I don't even know.
2.) Aw hail naw.
3.) Aw hail naw, cracka.
4.) Mmm hmmmm!

The phrase "I don't even know" is best used in the classic "I don't even know" speaking tone, which may only be properly "voiced" by either a colossal, Japanese monster, a small cat/kitten, or a constantly hyper-active younger brother.
"Matt, why aren't you talking?"
"Psh, I don't even know!"

this is a term thrown around liberally in the Bridgeport Connecticut area, used to dictate what people "in the clique" are aware of and engaged in. The philistines that populate this same area have no idea. It is primarily used to puctuate someone elses thoughts on a matter, or an affirmation.
