Its very hard to describe but when you experience it you feel like you don't want to live any-more you feel like someone's stabbing you again and again in the chest. It is caused by someone you are madly in love with breaking your heart and it hurts more than anything you will ever experience. It normally happens to everyone at one point. It hurts and you hate the person that did this to you but you want them back at the same time. It awful and sometimes its so bad you wont eat sleep or listen to music. The best cure to this is finding something to devote yourself to (for example finding a love for a band such as One Direction) and then find out as much as you can about them/it (Get posters listen to their music, watch all their interviews till you know them off by heart) Finding something you can think about makes your heart start to slowly heal. But if that persons really meant for you there will still be a part of you that loves them. But if they really were properly meant for you , you would be together, wouldn't you?
