Dumbasses who will gaslight & manipulate you with things such as "I'm too nice :(" or "I'm so ugly :" so they can get what they want from any girl/woman that he finds attractive. Essentially, it is a girl with internalized misogyny that is willing to turn against her own gender for the attention and approval of men. They ignore blatantly sexist behavior, even sometimes participating as to not seem unfunny or uncool. They also try their best to separate themselves from "other girls" because they see other girls as bad or basic compared to themselves, who are inherently special and therefore deserve male attention.
